A few alarming facts: Humanity is destabilizing the entire planet, and we are in a state of Polycrisis (Climate, Biodiversity loss, Geopolitics). Land is not working as a permanent carbon sink anymore. We are heading towards 3 degrees.
Emissions continue to rise 95% of oil and gas companies plan to develop new oil and gas fields.

Globally, we need exponential change! Time for talking is up, action is needed now.

If Germany succeeds, this would be one of the strongest signal to the world Germany is ready to contribute to the necessary Sustainable Transformation, especially Decarbonization via Engineering skills and stable financial markets. This is exactly why it is important for us to educate corporate leaders on sustainability issues and to provide impetus through our studies so that companies in Germany can seize this opportunity.
